Bonnie Argo is a certified AcroYoga Teacher, Prana Flow Teacher and powerful Bodyworker.  Bonnie is a vibrant individual that embodies the playfulness of AcroYoga and thrives on creating community.  She is renowned for her joyful approach to the practice, with metta pouring out from her soul. 

Bonnie has completed AcroYoga Teacher Training Level 1, and recently attended the first AcroYoga Level 2 training with co-founders Jason Nemer & Jenny Saur-Klein.  Bonnie assists Jason & Jenny at conferences and workshops.  She is the only certified teaching in the Boston area, and offers ongoing classes, workshops and series.

Bonnie loves to share the creative sequencing of Prana Flow, inspired by Shiva Rea.  She has completed 500 hours with Shiva, and travels to assist workshops, trainings and retreats for her.  Bonnie is also a Mentor in Shiva’s Teacher Training Program guiding new students through the training process.  She recognizes the potential for using intelligent sequencing to help her students to expand their practice and dive deeper.

She also embraces the practice of Karma Yoga, spending much of her time in Africa working with impoverished children, using acrobatics and yoga as rehabilitative tools.

Bonnie offers international Yoga Adventure Retreats, with a focus on the local culture and community as well as non-profit projects.
